  1. Only thing possibly screwed in place is the drain. Rest is glued or caulked.

    Pop drain cover off with screwdriver. Use a razor blade to cut through caulk around all edges. If drain is glued in, try to chisel. If it’s screwed in, unscrew it.

    At this point it should pop out. Watch for glued to floor or wall. May have to reach in and cut with a longer blade.

  2. As you can see, there are a few cracks in the center. I’ve repaired them with fiberglass patches but over time the cracks have become too much to patch. Not sure if this is the right sub for this kind of post, but any help or advise on how I can properly replace this shower pan would be great appreciated. Thanks you in advance!

  3. Might not come out without removing the bottom row of tiles. Lots of these have a nailing flange that tucks up under the wallboard.
