**Problem 1. My wireless earphone is not detected by my laptop and I can only use stereo (speakers).**

Redditor [u/cacahahacaca](https://www.reddit.com/u/cacahahacaca/) mentions installing the Windows 8 version of your audio driver in this post [https://www.reddit.com/r/Dell/comments/a4e6ry/bluetooth_headphones_dont_work_with_xps_13/ebf9t6i?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x](https://www.reddit.com/r/Dell/comments/a4e6ry/bluetooth_headphones_dont_work_with_xps_13/ebf9t6i?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x). User mentions for Broadcom Corporation but it works for mine (Realtek), so check your audio driver brand and download the Windows 8 version and follow the link’s instruction.

Reconnect and then you will find that a headset version should be detected. Done!

**Problem 2. My Mic is too soft.**

[u/KENNEDYz7z](https://www.reddit.com/user/KENNEDYz7z/) mentions this in their post [https://www.reddit.com/r/HyperX/comments/97s0ez/hyperx_cloud_2_quiet_mic_solved/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x](https://www.reddit.com/r/HyperX/comments/97s0ez/hyperx_cloud_2_quiet_mic_solved/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x)

Works super well if instructions followed correctly.

Hope this helps and saves hours of frustration and worry. I wanted to compile the answers to questions I had in one place. ^^
