There are many, numerous individuals who simply turn the channel once they hear nearby business people voicing their own spots on the radio. Sure, they laugh. Certain, they remember the store. They also remember that they vowed on the spot never to go close to that particular shop. Whether it is because of the reality that they had to sit via a painful listening expertise or whether it is because they assume the poor commercial means that the merchant is really a bit less than professional, doesn’t matter. What matters is, the commercial turned off someone who might have otherwise spent money in that shop.
