  1. You can use liquid electrical tape on the exposed conductors then wrap it with electrical tape for better protection. I would ultimately replace the cord.

  2. This is a 14awg cord for my table. Accidently got caught on the belt and burnt through the rubber. Still works fine, can I just wrap it in electrical tape to keep it from being exposed?

  3. Cut it where it’s damaged and put a new plug on it (replacement plugs are $5 at hardware stores.) You can likely buy a true replacement cord by looking up the model of the table saw and replace it inside the machine to be more legitimate.
