How the Shield Could Work Poorly In Accounts Receivable

When I watch wrestling, as a fan, I like seeing groups piece themselves together. The alignment of such groups that are referred to as stables presents such a great opportunity for them to showcase their dynamics, which can’t be easily done if they are separate. While I am a fan all the way, I’m not so fanatic as to discredit their usage in the business world we know it as today. Accounts receivable, for instance, may not be attained so well by such stables.

When it comes to groups in wrestling today, the one that seems to be getting the most press today is one called the Shield. Composed of three upstarts by the names of Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns, these men have terrorized the company for the sake of righting injustices. They believed that the company has been nothing short of immoral and, as a result, attacked wrestlers who they though personified this. They are dangerous, to say the least, which doesn’t make them the greatest choice for work in the debt industry.

This kind of industry operates under specific guidelines, which can easily be detected in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. In short, attaining accounts receivable necessitates the payment for services made to a business by a customer. There’s a certain way to go about this business, though, which is what will separate all companies from each other. Companies like Rapid Recovery are reputable due to its success and methods, which are two things to look for when employing a debt agency.

If I could imagine the Shield going about collecting such payments, I don’t see it being very peaceful. They have been attacking people during shows for no real rhyme or reason, so who’s to say that they would go about attaining debts any differently? It goes beyond any rule in the FDCPA, though, and it would land them in great legal trouble as well. Debt collectors who haven’t kept the rules in mind have been stricken with such problems in the past, so to say that it doesn’t occur would be an outright lie.

Wrestling stables are things which I don’t see fading away and while they are great, they wouldn’t work so well in real-life business situations. If they were ever plucked from that world and dropped into ours, there is no question that problems would come about. Doing business with others entails professionalism and tact, not immorality and threats. Even so, debts have to be collected and this must be done by means which are normal for reputable organizations.
