If you’re thinking about engaging in an obstacle event, I think that it’s worth noting what it takes in order to make the most of it. I’m sure that most will have, at least, a general concept of what is needed in order to work in this regard. However, what may not be as obvious, though, is the level of importance that each of these steps is correlated to.
