A little while ago, I was shocked when one of my coworkers that works in my department approached me and asked me if I knew how to do a Gantt chart, apparently unaware that we had the best Gantt chart software available. I gave her the information that she needed in order to run the software correctly, and after she had thanked me, I told her that the reason we had the software in the first place was because I had not known how to do a Gantt chart in the first place.
